  • What requirements must I present to make an export from Honduras?

    • Commercial invoice.

    3. Certificates (Ministry of Health - MAGA -, etc.) "Whenever applicable"
    4. Export license (for merchandise with a value over US $ 1,000.00).
    5. Exporter code (if applicable).

  • What requirements must I fulfill to carry out an import?

    • Commercial invoice.

    2. Certificate of origin or TLC (to apply)
    3. Certificates: Sanitary; phytosanitary products; animal health, etc. (if applicable)
    4. Import Code, registered with the SAT (if customs procedure is required).
    5. Registration of a customs agent before the SAT (if customs procedures are required).
    6. Registration in your trade patent, of the items to be imported, prior registration in SAT (if customs procedures are required).
    If you do not have an import license, the SAT can provide a single import permit per year (upon request).
